The EMALCA (Escuela de Matemática de América Latina y del Caribe) is a workshop for Latam math undergrads, where they have the opportunity of seeing topics not usually covered in the curriculum and connect with researchers. I gave an introductory course in the EMALCA of 2018 in San Miguel, El Salvador (link) focused in one-dimensional dynamics.
